Sean “Diddy” Combs has always remained fond of his ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez. The two dated in the late 90s and early 2000s, and with J. Lo’s latest video “Booty” featuring her infamous assets steaming up the screen alongside Iggy Azalea, Diddy was asked to give his perspective on his ex-boo’s most well-known curve.
“It’s great. It’s a work of art. It’s something that will go down in history,” Diddy told “Access Hollywood.” “But also her talent, her drive, her determination. She will never give up.”
The hip-hop mogul shared that he felt he was lucky to have dated her once upon a time.
“She’s a great friend of mine, always will be my friend, and I mean, that thing is just incredible, man,” he said. The Bad Boy founder was asked if Kim Kardashian’s derriere was also in the conversation with J. Lo’s and he roundly dismissed the idea.
“No way,” Puff says. “No way. No disrespect to Kanye and Kim, but that thing right there is special. We spent three years of our lives together almost every single day.”
When asked about Diddy’s comments, J. Lo echoed his sentiments regarding how close they were back in the day and how close they have remained.
“We spent three years of our lives together, you know, almost every single day,” Lopez says. “As much as he roots for me and as proud as he is of me and of the time we had together, I am just as proud to see what he’s done.”
