The iCloud hacker is bold! He continues to release nudes of celebrities even in the midst of a federal investigation and a “failing to act” lawsuit waged against Google by Hollywood attorney regarding the numerous leaks. In this fourth round, the hacker has decided men are no longer off limits. Reality star Nick Hogan, wrestler Hulk Hogan’s son, is the hacker’s first male victim alongside actress Winona Ryder, and Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton.
This past week, Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, of Lavely & Singer law firm in Los Angeles, California, sent letters to Google that have gone unanswered. The threat to sue for $100 million is for Google’s “failing to act” and “making millions and profiting from the victimization of women.”
Twitter is shutting down accounts disseminating the images.
Facebook suggests that if users come across a harmful photograph to click on the image and select the “report photo” tool.
One online legal expert says it’s nearly impossible to remove all images from the Internet.
