Don Juan battles with Kandi and Todd
Todd doesn’t think that Kandi’s business is being run smoothly and when they sit down to talk about it, they both agree that her team isn’t working hard enough to push her to new heights. Both of them sit down with her team and explain their disappointments, which shocks and hurts Don Juan, who questions why Todd has a say in Kandi’s business. Don Juan confronts Kandi about it and tells her his feelings about Todd and that he’s sacrificed a lot for her, including not going to his own mother’s wedding and birthday to plan Kandi’s wedding and birthday. Later on, Don meets with Todd, and the two men end up in a yelling match as Don accuses Todd of overstepping his boundaries and Todd accuses Don of being lazy. However, the two men find some middle ground when Todd tells Don that he thinks he’s a great manager and that he believes Don has what it takes to make his team stronger so that he doesn’t miss out on things in his own life to help Kandi.
