Halle Berry’s husband, Olivier Martinez, has a very public history of violence, considering that he beat up Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, during a heated fight. Now, it appears that Martinez is at it again because he allegedly assaulted an LAX employee.
According to TMZ, who had a video recording of the incident, Martinez, Berry and her daughter, Nahla, were walking through the Tom Bradley International Terminal at 1:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon and photographers were swarming the trio as they tried to reach their car.
An airport employee was walking with the trio and it’s unclear whether he was taking photos as well, but Martinez, shockingly, shoved the child seat he was carrying into the employee and pushed him down.
Photographers yelled at him, but Martinez seemed unfazed and continued to walk with his family to the car.
The employee was treated at the scene before being taken to a hospital, where he complained of abdominal pain. The employee has also filed a battery report against Martinez.
Well, Martinez better prepare himself for a court battle because this looks like an incident that could easily blow up into a major lawsuit.
