Courtney Bell Coaches assists clients with setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
What do your role and responsibilities consist of?
As the principal life coach, I work with clients to achieve their goals, facilitate visioning sessions, teach, and blog.
Who are the immediate beneficiaries of the services your organization provides?
My primary demographic are women between the ages of 18-60 and men between the ages of 18-30.
What are some of the best practices you’ve found for developing and implementing programming?
Listening and understanding the needs of my clients have been two successful best practices.
What are the two most important ways you generate revenue to sustain your organization?
Direct billing and donations
How do you utilize technology to better serve your benefactors and to communicate your mission?
Emails, blogging, website, and social media.

Being in service provides me with an opportunity to give back.

I would tell a recent grad entering the nonprofit sector to make sure their passion aligns with the mission of the organization.
