BET Honors paid homage to individuals who have achieved in arts, theater, technology and education. Although Kim and Kanye’s arrival garnered most of the attention, the entire show proved to be spectacular and inspiring.
Along with Kanye, other honorees included Dr. Johnnetta Betsch, Phylicia Rashad, Usher and John W. Thompson. Wayne Brady hosted the show which took place at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C.
The BET Honors will air on BET on Feb. 23.
