Kandi reveals flaws in her marriage
Early on in the episode, Kandi reveals that she and Todd are flying to L.A. because Todd’s gotten her a part in the movie 2nd Chance Christmas. But while they pack, Kandi questions Todd about why he’s staying in L.A. longer than she is. Todd says that he just wants sometime to himself to relax, but Kandi is offended saying that she wants to spend more time with him. Todd shuts her down and claims that she wants to argue with him and the two put the conversation on hold. Later on, when Kandi comes back home, she tells Carmen that she and Todd got into an argument after she asked for film advice from another producer. Kandi also reveals that they’re annoying each other and their sex life has dwindled to only once a week. Kandi says that their marriage is in trouble, but she’s open to the idea of counseling.
