Daylight saving time begins on Sunday, March 8 at 2 a.m. and ends on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2 a.m. for most of the United States with the exception of Arizona and Hawaii. It’s one of our first signs springtime is near as we spring our clocks forward one hour. Many of us rely on our smartphones to keep time.
