Oklahoma cop shoots unarmed black man, says ‘F*** your breath; STFU,’ as he dies

The New York Daily News released the video of the unarmed black man, Eric Harris, who was “accidentally” shot in Tulsa, Oklahoma by a 73-year-old Reserve Deputy Robert Bates during an arrest on April 2. Bates claimed he thought he was using his taser. “He shot me! He shot me, man. Oh, my god. I’m losing my breath,” Harris is heard saying in the video.
