Bruce Jenner received a flood of support online from fans and celebrities alike when he finally came out as a transgender woman in a candid interview with Diane Sawyer. But in the middle of all of the support, fans took note of a controversial tweet about Jenner from Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kris Humphries. Now, after enduring backlash over his tweet, Humphries has finally decided to set the record straight on how he feels about Jenner.
The drama began early Saturday morning just hours after Jenner’s “20/20” interview, when Humphries sent out a tweet that had many thinking he was taking a jab a Jenner for coming out as transgender.
However, after getting blasted by angry fans over his original tweet, Humphries clarified his statement later that day.
Well, we hope that Humphries sincerely means those words and that he really does let Jenner live his life without being ridiculed.
