It’s only been a month since Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson tied the knot and now the couple is taking another big step as they’ve announced that they’re expecting their first child together.
Johnson made the announcement that she’s pregnant yesterday on her Instagram page, posting a photo of a bun in the oven with the caption, “#SUCCESS #BLESSED#WelcomeToTheJohnsonGrinerFamily.”
According to TMZ, sources say that Johnson has been planning to get pregnant through artificial insemination for months and she actively began trying shortly after her wedding to Griner.
Although Johnson and Griner were already suspended for seven games this upcoming WNBA season over their domestic violence scandal, sources say Johnson now plans to sit out the entire season due to her pregnancy.
