Pusha T served as a headlining act at the 2015 Northside festival in Brooklyn, New York. Hours before his scheduled performance, thousands lined up outside House of Vans while awaiting entry into the show that was presented by A-OK Collective.

Before Pusha T hit the stage, DJ Envy and West Coast newcomer Vince Staples opened the show. DJ Envy presented a formidable lesson on hip-hop with a diverse set that included songs by Future, DMX, The Lox, Master P, Fetty Wop, Drake, Mobb Deep, 2 Pac, and Migos.

Vince Staples made his way to the stage after DJ Envy’s set and provided the audience a taste of his debut album, Summertime ’06, which will be released by Def Jam on June 30. A few of the standout hits that Staples performed included “Señorita,” “65 Hunnid” and “Blue Suede.”

Shortly before 10 p.m., Pusha T hit the stage wearing all-black attire and sporting his signature braids. He opened with “King Push,” “My Blocka,” and “Millions.” But fan favorites included “Mercy,” “New God Flow” and “Run Away.” The majority of the audience rapped along as Pusha T rapped, “24/7, 365, p— stays on my mind, I-I-I-I did it, all right, all right, I admit.”

Pusha T also performed “Number on the Boards,” “Move That Dope” and “Exodus.” He closed his set with the enthusiastic “Don’t Like,” and his classic song, “Grindin’.”
