NeNe Leakes’ son, Bryson Bryant, hasn’t had a great track record when it comes to staying out of trouble with the law. And although it seemed like he’d finally cleaned up his act, a new report reveals that Bryant was arrested, once again, for forgery.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Bryant was one of two people arrested in Douglas, Georgia, on Tuesday, June 16, in connection with a check forgery case. Investigators were tracking more than $35,000 worth of fraudulent payroll checks when police say they spotted a man named Inginac Walter Thoedore at a local McDonald’s with a laptop and printer making fraudulent Taco Bell payroll checks.

Police say Bryant was in the car with Theodore and that he had a fake check on him, but he hadn’t cashed it yet so he wasn’t charged for that. However, Bryant did lie to police about his identity, and after they found his ID in Theodore’s car, police arrested him for a misdemeanor.

This isn’t the first time Bryant has had a run-in with the police. Last year alone, Bryant was charged with a DUI after totaling his car in an accident, forced to spend six weeks in rehab, arrested again for testing positive for cocaine and violating his probation, and sentenced to three months in prison. Before that, Bryant was arrested in 2011 for shoplifting from a local Wal-Mart.

Bryant, who is married and reportedly works at Five Guys Burgers, was released on bond after his latest arrest, but if he keeps this up, he might one day end up in jail for a lot longer.
