Move over, Nicki Minaj.
Safaree gushed over his new chick, Zashia Santiago, in a series of Instagram posts. Although the rapper and makeup artist have been playing coy about their budding relationship, Minaj’s ex-boyfriend made it clear he’s moved on. “You ever miss someone so much it makes your head hurt? Or jus makes you feel sick …” and, “God wasnt playing fair with this 1 … #STUNTGANG.” he tweeted.
In fact, the aspiring rapper has allegedly moved to Miami, where Santiago lives. She tweeted “8hrs and 46 minutes Til you are in Miami … Not that I’m keeping track or anything.”
He also shared the image above via Instagram with the caption “How she got a stuntgang tee b4 me #stuntgang …”
Last fall, Minaj and Safaree split after their 10-year relationship hit a major roadblock when Safaree became fed up with just being a hypeman/personal assistant and wanted to become more. Sources claimed that Minaj and Safaree had an arrangement in which it was clear that she was the breadwinner and star while he was to stay in the background as her support.
Things reached a breaking point when Safaree failed to show up to Minaj’s shows, leaving her scrambling to find another hype man. Safaree has since hinted that his ex cheated on him. While we’ll never know what really transpired, we’re happy to see that these two have moved on to healthier relationships.
