Nicki Minaj already sat the Internet on fire yesterday when she criticized MTV for snubbing her for an MTV VMA for being Black. She also had fans talking when she accused the “White media” of mistreating Black artists who are outspoken about racism. That alone was enough to keep the tabloids satisfied for a few days. But late last night, Minaj’s boyfriend, rapper Meek Mill, hopped on Twitter and set a five-alarm blaze like we’ve never seen before when he blasted Minaj’s ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, as well as her labelmate, Drake.
There’s still no clarity on what caused Meek to snap and blast Drake and Samuels online, but the drama all began last night when Meek tweeted about not wanting to be fake like other people in the industry.
That’s when Meek decided to blast Samuels over the release of a new video in which Samuels can allegedly be seen twerking on camera.
Meek then took aim at his naysayers who criticized him over the sales of his album, claiming that Minaj is the reason his latest album is flying off the shelves.
But Meek saved the most severe shade for last when he shockingly, revealed that he and Drake, who has been featured on both of his albums, are no longer on good terms. Meek then took things a step further when he made the claim that the Canadian superstar doesn’t write his own rhymes.
But that’s not all that Meek had to say. Read the rest of his tweets about Drake and Samuels after the cut.
