It was nearly two months ago that Brittney Griner shockingly filed for an annulment from her wife of less than one month, Glory Johnson, just a day after Johnson revealed sher pregnancy. At the time, Griner claimed she wanted to end her marriage because she was pressured by Johnson to marry her despite their domestic violence incident and her feelings that they weren’t ready for marriage. But now a new report is claiming that Griner left Johnson because she cheated on her.

According to TMZ, annulment documents show that Griner found out in early April, while the couple was still engaged, that Johnson was still text messaging her ex-boyfriend.

Griner also alleges in the documents that she discovered that Johnson cheated on her last summer with another man. It’s unclear, though, if that man was Johnson’s ex.

Griner claims that she never would’ve proposed to Johnson in August 2014 had she known beforehand about the affair and that Johnson was still talking to her ex

As previously reported, Johnson revealed last month that she became pregnant via IVF and that she’s expecting twins. Although Griner claimed she had no knowledge of the pregnancu nor a biological connection with the babies, Johnson denied Griner’s claims, saying she was with her every step of the way.

Not only is Griner seeking an annulment, but the documents also allegedly claim that Griner doesn’t want to pay Johnson any spousal support. Griner argues that neither of them made any money during their brief marriage because they were both suspended from the WNBA over their domestic dispute.

However, Johnson’s rep, D.J. Fisher, claims that Griner is lying about the cheating accusations. Fisher says that Griner is insecure and argues that Johnson is “popular and beautiful, so she’s going to have male friends.”

Clearly this is going to be a messy courtroom battle over money but we hope these two work things out swiftly and as peacefully as possible.
