Wolf Creek Amphitheater and J.D. Entertainment once again presented Atlanta with a powerful show featuring Cameo, Midnight Star, Double D. Brick, and Atlantic Starr. The groups had the crowd dancing like it was 1999. Double D. Brick started the show, singing their hits such as “Dazz” and “Dusic.” Atlantic Starr continued the show, singing, “Secret Lovers.” Then there was Midnight Star singing “Curious” and “Midas Touch” with Melvin Gentry bringing those good sounds back. Last but not least was Cameo with Larry Blackmon and his infamous red cup as part of his costume. They came out singing their greatest hits such as “Candy” and “Sparkle.”
Coming up next in the Affordable Old School Concert Series is the All White Affair on August 1. Performing will be Joe, Ruben Studdard, Tevin Campbell, Adina Howard, and Mystikal. It will be hosted by MC Lightfoot. For more information, visit wolfcreekamphitheater.com.
