Last week, Lamar Odom found himself in the media’s hot seat when he was accused of stalking and ambushing his former wife, Khloe Kardashian. Although Odom denied the claims, a new report alleges that Odom is angry over Kardashian’s rumored romance with NBA star James Harden.
As previously reported, the alleged stalking incident happened last week when sources said Kardashian was making her way into a SoulCycle in Beverly Hills when Odom allegedly came out of nowhere and began screaming at her, demanding that she speak with him.
Kardashian ended up running away after a witness threatened to call the cops. Afterwards, Odom spoke with TMZ and denied that he’d stalked Kardashian.
“I am not the person that they’re trying to make me out to be. I live in Las Vegas. Why was there an address or a place given or did I just guess right? Did I just guess right where this girl may be? You know I know Khloe, right? So how would you think I ended up there?” Odom said angrily.
Now, People is reporting that the reason Odom is so angry with Kardashian is because she’s allegedly dating Harden, whom she was spotted partying with at his birthday party this weekend.
“Lamar has been trying to contact Khloé, but she is done and has ignored him. Lamar has issues with Khloé dating [James] Harden,” a source says.
“It made Khloé first shocked and then scared that Lamar was waiting outside the studio,” the source said about Kardashian and Odom’s run in. “She doesn’t know how he found her. She is thinking about getting a bodyguard.”
Sources also say Kardashian’s sister Kim is worried about her sister’s safety because of Odom.
“Kim is encouraging her to get a bodyguard. She told Khloé that his behavior is inappropriate, and she needs to nip it in the bud before it escalates,” the source said.
“Khloé is in full agreement, and they’re going to start looking into private security right away. Kim says that there’s no reasoning with Lamar right now, so it’s better to be safe than sorry,” the source added.
Well, we’re not sure what’s going on between Kardashian and Odom, but it’s clear these two couldn’t be more divided.
