Basketball superstar LeBron James recently took another step in completing his transition from Miami back to his roots in his native Ohio: he sold his Florida mansion.

The four-time NBA MVP unloaded his spacious six bedroom, eight and a half bathroom waterside property for $13.4 million. The three storied home in Coconut Grove, Florida was built from the ground up in 2010 and features 12,178 square feet, a eight-seat home theater, a separate guesthouse atop a detached three-car garage,  a second-floor living room with five-seat wet bar and terrace, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of a waterside backyard that happens to overlook a concrete dock capable of accommodating two 60-foot boats.

Though listed for $17 million and sold for $13.4 million to business owner Timo Kipp and his real estate agent wife Nathalia, who brokered the deal on the couple’s behalf, James was still able to turn a profit from the transaction as he only paid $9 million to have the mansion constructed.

Despite the sale of his massive Florida property, it’s safe to say James will not long for space in his 30,000 plus square foot Akron, Ohio estate that sits atop seven acres and includes six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms in addition to six half bathrooms.
