Congrats are in order for The Weeknd, whose latest album, Beauty Behind the Madness, debuted atop the Billboard Top 200 album chart.

With 412,000 impressions (326,000 pure album sales) made in the week ending Sept. 3, The Weeknd now has the second best album debut of the year behind Drake’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late (535,000 impressions; 495,000 in album sales).

Safe to say The Weeknd’s high profile performance at the recent VMAs and an appearance in a Apple Music commercial leading up to the album’s release didn’t hurt matters. Additionally, the album has garnered three top five singles so far with “Earned It” (initially from the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack) peaking at No. 3, “Can’t Feel My Face” topping the Hot 100 for two weeks, and the latest single, “The Hills,” rising to No. 4 on the upcoming Sept. 12-dated chart.

Beauty marks The Weeknd’s third consecutive top ten album (2012’s Trilogy, 2013’s Kiss Land) on the chart.
