Melania Trump

Donald and Melania Trump first met at a party in 1998. He told People magazine he fell in love as soon as he met the successful Slovenia-born model. The couple wed in 2005 and have one son, Barron, who speaks English, Slovenian and French. Melania is currently a jewelry and watch designer. When asked in 1999 what role she would play as first lady if Donald were president, she told the New York Times, “I would be very traditional, like Betty Ford or Jackie Kennedy. I would support him.”
