Last month, Chrissy Teigen opened up to the world about her fertility issues and the struggles she and her husband, John Legend, have endured trying to conceive a child together. The conversation even went viral after her “FABLife” co-host, Tyra Banks, opened up about her fertility issues as well and cried on camera. But now there’s a happy ending to the story because Teigen recently announced that she’s finally pregnant.
The model and talk-show host made the announcement last night on her Instagram page, posting a photo of herself reclining on a couch with Legend as he held her belly.
“John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant 🙂 As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx,” she captioned the photo.
Congratulations are definitely in order for the couple and we wish them a healthy pregnancy and a happy, healthy baby.
