Ever since Khloe Kardashian decided to devote her time to staying by her husband Lamar Odom’s side as he fought for his life in a hospital following an alleged drug overdose, fans have been speculating on the relationship status between the estranged couple. Although divorce papers had been signed by both of them months ago, this week it was confirmed that the previously estranged couple are now back together as news revealed that Kardashian and Odom finally decided to have their divorce papers thrown out of court. Now, reports are claiming that Odom won back Kardashian with a promise to his wife.
According to TMZ, while in his hospital bed, Odom allegedly spoke with Kardashian and explained that he knew he had narrowly cheated death after falling into a coma last week at a Nevada brothel. Sources say that Odom promised Kardashian, “I am done with drugs.”
The sources also say that Odom allegedly thanked Kardashian for sticking by his side and that he told her that he still loved her.
The sources say that was enough for Kardashian and that she took him back on the spot and ditched her plans to finalize the divorce.
However, the sources also say that some of Kardashian’s family members aren’t happy about her decision because they’ve heard this promise from Odom in the past.
Neither star has spoken on their decision to stay together, but we assume we’ll hear it from them soon enough on why they reconciled.
