Drake brings mom, answers ‘Hotline Bling’ call at Raptors game

This week, rapper Drake answered the call as the celebrity guest of honor at the Toronto Raptors’ game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, at the Air Canada Centre in his hometown, on Wednesday, Nov. 26. During the evening, now dubbed Drake Night, Champagne Papi sat courtside along with his mother, Sandi Graham, where they shared loads of laughs. But that wasn’t even the best part of Drake Night. When his popular new single “Hotline Bling” played inside the venue, Drake responded appropriately by busting out one of his now infamous dance moves. Later on, the 29-year-old took the mic, where he cracked all kinds of jokes while announcing the starting lineup for the Raptors.

In addition, Drizzy‘s got the opportunity to show off their dance moves with the Raptors’ mascot in a “Hotline Bling” booth, similar to one seen in his new music video, which was erected outside the arena. Among the fans was Toronto City Councillor Norm Kelly (pictured above), whose take on Drake has since gone viral.

It appears that Mr. Graham is having a great holiday week. For more images of Drizzy’s epic Drake Night with the Toronto Raptors, check out the gallery below.
