A tragic case unfolded in Oklahoma this week as a mother and her boyfriend were charged in the death of 4-year-old Jaydenn Hansche last month. Little Jayden, who was called “an angel with an attitude” by a family member, was rushed to St. John hospital in Owasso, Oklahoma, on Nov. 15. The child reportedly had injuries and was pronounced dead. The hospital staff notified the police of the child’s death and the condition of the body.
This week, police arrested her mother, Courtney Le’ann Hansche, 26; and her boyfriend, Michael Nordbye, 27, on charges of first-degree murder, first degree rape and child abuse in the death of the child. The pair appeared at a probable cause hearing this week and are incarcerated at the Washington County Jail. No bond has been set.
