Charlie Sheen contracting HIV
Former “Two and a Half Men” actor Charlie Sheen was known for being something of a womanizer and drug abuser for many years. But it wasn’t until a November interview with Matt Lauer that the world found out his self-destructive actions had, in fact, caught up with him. Sheen announced that he had been diagnosed with HIV four years ago. He added that he had only went public about it because he was tired of spending millions of dollars to keep blackmailers quiet.
