Mama Joyce confronts Phaedra about Kandi
While Kandi and Mama Joyce are out shopping, Joyce begins prying, once again, and asks Kandi about why she and Phaedra aren’t friends. Kandi doesn’t want to talk about it, and Joyce offers to speak to Phaedra to try to help them work things out. Kandi refuses Joyce’s offer, but Joyce goes behind Kandi’s back to go see Phaedra anyway. Joyce asks Phaedra what happened between she and her daughter, but Phaedra tries to keep her answers short and explains that it was just a misunderstanding that they’re trying to work through. Joyce warns Phaedra that Kandi’s pregnancy is high risk and she doesn’t want anyone causing Kandi extra stress, but she then tells Phaedra that she wants her and Kandi to work things out. She also asks Phaedra to help her plan a baby shower for Kandi, which Phaedra happily agrees to.
