Cynthia and Kenya talk after the BFF debacle
The episode picks up where things left off with Cynthia meeting up with most of the cast to go with Peter to spend time with his family in Jamaica. But on the bus ride, Cynthia is noticeably sad and she begins to cry as she explains that she and Kenya had a big disagreement about Cynthia not feeling like Kenya is her best friend. Cynthia explains that Kenya is a close friend and that she loves her, but she honestly isn’t her best friend. Cynthia also explains that Kenya shouldn’t compare their friendship to anybody else’s because each connection is unique. NeNe announces that she plans to make the situation right and, as promised, she meets with Kenya to convince her to talk to Cynthia. Kenya lightly implies to NeNe that she’s the reason that Cynthia supposedly turned on her, but NeNe denies it and gets Kenya to agree to meet Cynthia. When the two come face to face, Cynthia clarifies to Kenya that she loves her and appreciates their friendship and Kenya decides to squash the issue.
