You know what “they” say, beauty is pain. One reality star in particular knows that far too well. On Friday, March 4, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams used Instagram to post a video of her doctor giving her a “beautiful new nose.”
In the video, Beverly Hills cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian is seen applying a topical anesthetic to numb Williams’ nose before the 15-minute procedure, which involved injecting filler into Williams’ face. “Thank you @simonourianmd1 for my beautiful new nose — done in minutes WITHOUT surgery!!! #HesTheBest,” she wrote alongside the clip.

According to Ourian’s Instagram page, the procedure Williams underwent was a “non-surgical ‘nose job’ ” done to “enhance the shape of a small bridge of the nose” using hyaluronic acid. And while the thought of needles piercing the bridge of our nose sends chills down our spine, the 34-year-old appeared to be unbothered.
As for the cost of Williams “new nose,” the average damage ranges between $1,900 and $4,900, “depending on the desired results and products used.” Not to mention a $500 fee for a private consultation, which is later credited toward the cost of the “semi-permanent to permanent” treatment.
While we think Williams’ is perfect just the way she is, we imagine the television personality, model and singer is prepping to join fellow “Real Housewives” star Kyle Richards as a contestant on season 15 of “Celebrity Apprentice,” with Arnold Schwarzenegger stepping in for controversial presidential candidate Donald Trump. As previously reported, the self-proclaimed billionaire businessman was fired by NBC last June after making racist remarks about Mexican immigrants.
“My boss is a hottie lol @schwarzenegger is a great new leader #CelebApprentice *Photobombed,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a snap of she and Schwarzenegger.
