For most fans of “The Real Housewives” brand, most of our connection to the hit Bravo shows either comes through watching them online or on TV or running into “Housewives” on the streets. However, Bravo has just come up with a new way for fans of the New York franchise to enjoy the series by launching a “Real Housewives of New York”-themed bus tour.
As most “RHONY” fans probably know by now, the new season of the show starts Wednesday, April 6 at 9 p.m. on Bravo and will see “Housewives” stars Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan all return to star alongside “RHONY” newcomer Julianne “Jules” Wainstein, who is a NYC socialite and stay-at-home mom.
To help promote the new season, Bravo has revealed that they’ve partnered with On Location tours to provide bus tours every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 11 a.m., during which riders will be able to visit hot locations where the “RHONY” stars have filmed for the upcoming season.
According to a press release, fans can look foward to visiting places such as “Tipsy Parson, which is featured in an upcoming episode and other locations include Beautique, where the popular phrase ‘What Are You Doing Here Without Dorinda?’ was coined; Le Cirque, home of the infamous leg toss; and the ‘Watch What Happens Live’ studios, where all the best-kept ‘Real Housewives’ secrets are revealed.”
All of the bus tours will conclude at the Bravo headquarters at 30 Rockefeller Plaza where fans can buy “Real Housewives” merchandise to end their tour.
The bus tours will officially begin the same day as the season premiere of “RHONY” and Bravo has already begun selling tickets for pre-order for $47 on On Location’s website.
Something tells us fans are going to snatch up these tickets, especially since so many fans already love frequenting the bars, shops and restaurants that they see their favorite “Real Hosuewives” stars visiting.
