Kandi defends Kenya over the Miami incident
At the end of the episode, the topic shifts to the shocking incident in Miami in which Tammy McCall’s nephew had to be roughed up and escorted out by security after he cursed at Kenya and knocked down his aunt while trying to lunge at Kenya. Phaedra, Sheree and Porsha claim that Kenya was the one who invited Tammy’s nephew to their Miami house, and Porsha and Phaedra claim that Kenya wanted the young man romantically. Phaedra also claims that Kenya irresponsibly labeled the young man as a thug. However, Kenya denies their claims and explains that the ladies are always trying to paint her as a “hussy” and throw her under the bus. Kandi then jumps in and defends Kenya, telling the ladies that although Kenya does “crazy” things and instigates, the young man still had no right to be so aggressive and threaten Kenya. She explains that had it been any other woman in Kenya’s shoes, the other cast mates wouldn’t blame the woman for the incident.
