Saturday, April 23, 2016 was prom night for a group of toddlers who attend Bright Beginnings Learning Center in Decatur, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Many moms and dads grew to love this fashion trend in 2011 when Shaniah’s single “Tutu’s & Tennis Shoes,” became a sensation. It was brought to life when the three year old class donned their cutest tutus, ties and customized tennis shoes.
