Peter Thomas and Cynthia Bailey definitely haven’t been on the best of terms, as Bailey recently announced that she and her husband have decided to separate. With their marriage falling apart, many fans assumed that a recent post from Thomas was a shady subliminal jab at his estranged wife. However, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star spoke up and denied the claims.
According to media reports, the drama began this week when Thomas posted and then deleted a message about steering clear of people who are indecisive and aren’t true to their word.
“NEVER TRUST a Person who constantly WAVERS, like hot and cold temperature on a broken thermometer. They will CHANGE on you INSTANTLY just like the weather. NEVER TRUST them in any matter because you can *NEVER PREDICT* their Behavior from one second to another. They are like a River with Sweet and Bitter water, SWEET at first then BITTER right after. In the blink of an eye they could turn your Joy into Sorrow; because they will “”Love” you today…..then instantly hate you tomorrow! James 1:6-8,” Thomas wrote.
Not surprisingly, many people assumed that Thomas was shading Bailey in response to her recent announcement about their separation.
“I am definitely taking some time to myself to figure out how I want to move forward. I don’t want to rush into anything, so I think this time apart is good for us. And I think the space apart, I think he can appreciate it as well. I think it gives people time to think and process and just move forward in a way that really is healthy for everyone involved,” Bailey said when announcing her separation.
However, Thomas later posted a video message on his Instagram page, explaining that he would never disrespect his wife on social media nor share anymore of their private drama than what’s already been shown on TV.
“Yesterday, I put out a positive quote. It might be negative to a lot of people who think negative but people waver back and forth, they can’t make up their minds and immediately you bloggers, you know who you are, you wanna put one and one together and make it about me and my wife. That’s not how we do our business. You watched us for six years, we have never done our business like that. We’re grown people that respect and love each other. So you’ll never see that kind of negative shit play out about our life on social media. It will never happen. Okay so dead that. If Have anything to say to my wife, it’s private and y’all don’t have nothing to do with it,” said Thomas in the video.
Well, there you have it, folks. It looks like there isn’t any online beef between Bailey and Thomas and that’s a good thing.
