The third annual Overtown Music and Arts Festival, brought to you by the Headliner Market Group, recently went down in the historic Overtown district of Miami.
As if free entry wasn’t enough reason to show face, celebrities including Jeremih, Eric Benet and Kelly Price spotted on the scene, enjoying the offerings from popular food trucks and art presented by some of Miami’s rising artists.
The event, which brought out an estimated 10,000 people, lined the streets with chairs as others watched from their balconies. As for why he sponsors the free annual show, Mike Gardner says he’s been so blessed over the years and the city has always been so supportive of other events he does, that he feels its his obligation to give back as a way of saying thanks.
