At this point, Chris Brown’s name has pretty much become synonymous with the idea of a troubled celebrity. And that thought about Brown was definitely given more weight last month when the singer was arrested at his California home on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. However, it didn’t take long for Brown to get out of jail and reports are saying that now that he’s back at home he’s cracking down on his friends and their need to having parties and women at his home.
As previously reported, Brown’s arrest drama unfolded all over the TV and internet last month when police received a search warrant and spent hours outside of his Calabasas, California home after they received a 911 call from a woman named Baylee Curran who was allegedly at his home and claimed that Brown pointed a gun at her after she admired a piece of jewelry that his friend had.
“I don’t know if it was Chris’ friend or how he was related, but that’s when he told me to back away from the diamond necklace and started cussing me out and calling me names,” she claimed. “That’s when Chris pulled his gun and told me to ‘Get out.’ He said ‘I’m sick of you girls, get the F out!'”
Brown was released from jail on a $250k bond and he has continuously denied Curran’s claims. Curran’s own troubled past has also been surfacing in the news as reports claim that she allegedly planned to set up Brown and that she is still wanted for a 2013 grand larceny case in NYC.
Well, according to reports, Brown wants to avoid this kind of issue ever happening again and he blames his friends’ partying for bringing that kind of drama into his home.
Sources say that Brown will no longer have parties at his home and now he’s enacting a new rule for his two best friends that live with him: they must now submit a detailed guest list in writing of anyone they want to come visit Brown’s home and Brown must give the okay before anyone can come over.
Sources also say that Brown will not allow any guests to bring drugs or alcohol, saying that only Brown’s liquor or drugs are okay in his home.
Well, if this is true, that’s definitely a good start in the right direction for Brown.
