Many people who know Vivica Fox knows that she loves two things: hair and the color green. Well, Fox combined her love for both as she walked the red carpet at the Don Davis Legacy Foundation Awards and Tribute Gala’s inaugural fundraiser at Detroit’s Music Hall for Performing Arts. Fox flawlessly executed an impeccably coifed emerald green hairdo from her own hairline, the Vivica Fox Hair Collection.

Fox, who was co-hosting the Don Davis Tribute along with Laz Alonso, stepped out in style with her emerald hairstyle and her exquisite blue and green ball gown to match. As she walked the red carpet, she gave interview after interview to the many news outlets . When asked about her green hair, Fox raved about her Detroit hair stylist Reign Mari Hair, who slayed Fox’s hair for the nights event. “I’ve been loving to play with color. I think that so many women are afraid to play with color. Lately, I’ve rocked blue, I’ve worked red, and now tonight I said I’m going to rock green. So, it’s kind of like my Little Mermaid, Frozen kind of look. It’s from the Vivica Fox Collection, and I make sure that I always have whatever colors, whatever styles that are current, they are always sent to me, no problem. , ” blushed Fox.

Fox also spoke about her upcoming projects, stating that she recently finished taping for “Empire” with the beautiful Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard. She also spoke about her upcoming new TV show, “Vivica’s Black Magic,” which is similar to a Vegas-style all-male revue. The show is scheduled to debut in January on the Lifetime network. The show highlights eight male exotic dancers on a journey of getting a residency in Las Vegas. Fox also discussed her thriving clothing line, the Vivica Fox Collection with Poetic Justice. And lastly, Fox plugged her new film, Crossbreed, where she’s set to make history portraying the first Black POTUS on film.
