V3, Atlanta’s own Stellar and Dove Award nominees hosted their album release party for their new CD. Alive, last week at The Gathering Spot. Attendees were treated to a mix and mingling reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and beverages provided by Praise 102.5.
Immediately following the reception, they were welcomed into the V3 Alive Lounge hosted by Myronda Jenkins (Praise 102.5) and comedian Jonathan Slocumb (“Steve Harvey Show”/”Meet the Browns”). Following the live performance by V3, real life sisters Shelley, Sacha and LaToya Vinson documented a horrific car accident while touring in Detroit that led them to a hiatus from the music scene and to the creation of Alive, a powerful project designed to uplift, inspire and encourage souls around the world.
At the conclusion of their performance, the ladies were showered with flowers, cheers, prayers, love and affirmation followed by a Q&A with Jonathan Slocumb. V3 then came out into the crowd to take pictures with their fans before ending the night with their friends, family and loved ones.
