In a questionable second FBI email probe and investigation, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has been cleared. FBI director James Comey announced the bureau will not change the decision reached in July after investigating Clinton’s emails.

Her opponent, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump of course is saying it’s a “rigged system.”

“Right now she’s being protected by a rigged system!” he exclaimed during a campaign rally in Michigan. “You can’t review 650,000 new emails in eight days! You can’t do it, folks!”

Congressman Jason Chaffetz beat Comey to the punch in making the announcement. He tweeted, “FBI Dir just informed us ‘Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Sec Clinton.’ ”

FBI Director Comey’s letter that said the investigation was closed. Released on Sunday, the second letter echoed the message in his first statement from this summer.

“I write to supplement my Oct. 28, 2016, letter that notified you the FBI would be taking additional investigative steps with respect to former Secretary of State Clinton’s use of a personal email server.

“Since my letter, the FBI investigative team has been working around the clock to process and review a large volume of emails from a device obtained in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation.

“During that process, we reviewed all of the communications that were to or from Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State.

“Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Secretary Clinton.”

California Senator Diane Feinstein, who is a Democrat and is supporting Clinton this election, said: “This should end the email saga once and for all.”

Comey thanked the FBI staff who worked on the investigation and review of the 650,000 emails.
