In case you missed it, on Friday, March 10, pregnant Ciara was involved in a car accident.
Per TMZ, it appears that the Warner Brothers recording artist, who was driving her white Mercedes-Benz SUV, was making a left turn when a gray Volvo SUV hit the front passenger side of her vehicle. According to photos published on the entertainment news site, Ci Ci hopped on the phone immediately after the collision — appeared to be unharmed. No ambulance was called to the scene, authorities say.
Meanwhile, Ciara’s rep Lauren Ceradini, told USA Today that “Ciara and the baby are doing well.” As for the other party, according to the expectant mother’s camp, “The driver was illegally in the bus lane and hit the right side of her car.”
Keeping fans in the loop, both Ciara and her husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, took to Twitter with a brief update. “Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great! God is good!” tweeted Wilson.

As fans know far too well, it’s been a whirlwind week for the “Dance Like We’re Making Love” songstress, who earlier this week came under fire after sharing photos from her nude pregnancy photo shoot with Wilson and her son Future Jr. — as part of her recent feature in Harper’s Bazaar. Still, the 31-year-old seemed to emerge unscathed, as days later she took to social media to share another photo with the caption, “Love is Undefeated. #Family.”
