The recent fire and collapse of a section of the I-85 highway is wreaking havoc on Atlanta commuters. The fire was allegedly started by a homeless man named Basil Eleby who has been accused of smoking crack. Now the issue of being homeless in Atlanta is back in the news and it can’t be ignored.

Atlanta has long been accused of neglecting its homeless population, especially homeless men. It has been estimated that there are at least 10K homeless on a given night.  More than 40 percent of those people are women and children. Rolling out spoke with Fulton County Board of Commissioners chairman and Atlanta mayoral candidate Dr. John Eaves about the Atlanta homeless situation, the Atlanta I-85 bridge fire and suspect Basil Eleby::
