Nick Cannon and newly single Mariah Carey reunite for Easter.

On Saturday, April 15, the ex-lovebirds gathered with their twins, Monroe and Morrocan, 5, for a little pre-Easter fun. “Easter with #demkids,” Carey shared with her fans. “#moments #rocandroe #easter #family @nickcannon.”

In the photo, shared on the “Obsessed” singer’s Instagram, Roe and Rocco can be seen dying eggs with mom and dad close by. The pic comes just weeks after news broke that Carey had called it quits with her backup dancer beau Bryan Tanaka.

“Mariah is happy. She is focusing on her kids and new music,” a source shared with People at the time. “Bryan was a good distraction after she split from James. This is a good time for her to be single and focus on herself.”

“For me, at the end of the day, she’s an amazing mother and we focus on our kids,” Cannon told ET, following news of the split. “That’s never going to change no matter who’s in my life or who’s in her life. We have kids together, so we’ll always be family.”

“That is always family — and when I say that, I say that to a level of I will always love her,” he continued. “That’s always my dream girl. Like, to me, just because we’re not intimate, I’m closer with her than probably I’ve ever been just based off of that’s my family, that’s the mother of my children.”

In fact, both have continued to put their children first, whether attending the Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards or gathering for a family dinner. “We talk every single day,” Cannon added. “We spend more time with the kids’ school, karate class, gymnastics class, like, it’s a full-time job. I wouldn’t want to mess up what we have right now trying to do something else.”

Meanwhile, Cannon admitted he’s got his hands full with trying to raise Roe as a “sophisticated intellectual.” Over-the-weekend, the former “America’s Got Talent” host took to Instagram to show off his new specs, as well as his daughter’s. But, in Cannon’s mind, the snap captures more than an adorable daddy-daughter twinning moment; the glasses serve as a warning to any and all future suitors.

“Twins!!! Miss Monroe loves her glasses and I hope she never takes them off!! A sophisticated intellectual is what I’m trying to raise here and these glasses keep them little grimy ruffneck kindergarteners away from my baby!! LOL,” he wrote alongside the picture. “FYI My Shotgun is registered!!”

Too cute. Happy Easter to Cannon, Carey and their crew.
