Russell Wilson gets a head start on Mother’s Day with a sweet post to wife Ciara.

On Saturday, May 13, the Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback took to Twitter, where he shared a touching tribute to the “Dance Like We’re Making Love” singer just before the Mother’s Day holiday and two weeks after Ciara gave birth to the couple’s first child together, a daughter Sienna Princess Wilson.

“You are an amazing mom & I’m so grateful I get to spend the rest of my life w/ you & raising our kids,” Wilson captioned a pic featuring the pair at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. “I love you! #HappyMothersDay Weekend.”

As fans know far too well, Ci Ci shares a son, Future Zahir Wilburn, with her ex, rapper Future. Though the “Honest” recording artist has not yet responded to Wilson’s declaration (though we anticipate one any day now), love from fans came rushing in.

“I especially admire Russell for taking on the responsibility of raising an infant as your own, marrying that infant’s mother and making them your family,” one user wrote. “Go russsssss! You’re the real MVP,” shared another.

“Beautiful caption. Beautiful people. Beautiful FAMILY all around. ❤️,” another user added.

In April, the newlyweds hosted a coed baby shower, where attendees were treated to Shake Shack and female guests were adorned with their very own flower crowns.

Donned in all-white, the 31-year-old mama posted several stunning images, including a portrait taken by photographer Daniel Mogg, highlighting a gorgeous white-and-pink flower crown poised atop her head.

Previously reported, the dynamic duo tied the knot at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England, in July. What a beautiful family. Show Ciara some Mother’s Day love in the comment section below.
