Where does the time go?
On Saturday, May 27, Chris Brown took to Instagram where he wished his baby girl Royalty a happy birthday.
In the post, Royalty, 3, can be seen flashing her pearly whites in what appears to be a school photo. Draped in a gray sweatsuit and bright white sneakers, the toddler looks every bit of cute and casual.
“MY BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL IS OFFICIALLY 3 YEAR OLD!!!!HBD RO RO! I LOVE YOU,” the R&B crooner captioned the pic.

Despite all the controversy surrounding both Brown’s career and co-parenting with the mother of his child, Nia Guzman, the singer has repeatedly come out on top as a doting dad, often talking about his leading lady on social media.
During a recent chat with Ryan Seacrest, the hitmaker admitted that being a dad has mellowed him out. “I have a co-parenting job that’s pretty amazing but, you know, learning how to be a dad, especially learning how to take care of somebody else, you know, I barely know how to brush my teeth in the morning!” said Brown.
“It’s actually great. It’s very humbling. You know, it’s very calming. I think I was a lot, you know, rambunctious, very hyper as a kid but now seeing that 10 times over, my daughter’s kinda like mellowing me out.”
Meanwhile, Royalty’s mother also took to Instagram to show her baby girl some bday love, writing, “#HappyBirthdayRoRo #WokeUpToCakeInBed #CakeAllDay #BigThree.”
In case you missed it, last May, Guzman spoke to Latina magazine about what it’s like co-parenting with the singer. “She adores him,” Guzman admitted. “Especially when he’s on the road. She always wants to call him. She’s pretty attached to him. I think it’s a very intimate and beautiful relationship that they have.”
Still, Guzman went on to reveal that working alongside Brown to raise a happy, healthy, well-rounded daughter continues to be a work in progress. “I’m doing all I can to co-parent and make sure that Royalty will never see any negativity me and him have,” the mom explained. “No matter what issues we have, I will always be 100 percent for him to be there and be hands-on.”
As you may recall, last year, Guzman uprooted her life and moved to sunny Los Angeles so that Royalty could be closer to her superstar father.
