Kanye West announces presidential run, but not against his buddy

One step further into what can arguably be called lunacy, megastar rapper Kanye West has made a startling announcement. West, who once stated that slavery was a choice, says he wants to be the next Commander in Chief, the President of the United States with Kim Kardashian West as his first lady.

West made the announcement last week on Power 92 Chicago’s DJ Pharris show. When asked about his political aspirations for president, he responded, “Yes, 100 percent it could happen… 2024.”

“I have decided in 2020 to run for president. One of my main things, once I’m president, is the medical industry. I’m going to make sure that the medical industry flourishes. There’s one thing I learned by hanging around with Jay-Z, and being married to my wife, is you can’t f*** up the paper (money). That’s the problem with a lot of the radical leaders in the past.”

He further stated, “I’m not going in, when I become president, to f*** up the paper, because I tell you what? Trump ain’t f***ing up the paper. Those jobs are up, those taxes are being saved… For someone to say you can’t ride with both sides… it’s like a modern idea of gang banging or something. Even red or blue — it’s still red or blue. It’s divisions. We don’t need to think in divisions. We need to think in arms because we’re actually one race, one people, one civilization.”

It is interesting to note that West announced he will make his run in 2024 not in 2020, which would have meant that he would have to run against Trump.
