In 2001, Ludacris and Jermaine Dupri teamed up to share their pride for Atlanta with the song, “Welcome to Atlanta.” The song became a national hit and eventually became Atlanta’s hip-hop version of Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York.”

Fast-forward 17 years, the Atlanta Falcons have called the hip-hop legends to do a remix of the song to coincide with the opening of the 2018 season.

The song features references to old-school Atlanta Falcons players as well as the current stars such as Julio Jones and Matt Ryan.
