Monica has reportedly filed for divorce from ex-NBA player, Shannon Brown. According to reports by TMZ, the platinum-selling singer filed paperwork in Atlanta for the divorce earlier this month.
Monica and Brown married in 2010 and have a 5-year-old daughter together. She also has two sons from her previous relationship with rapper, Rocko.
There are reports that the couple had separated in October 2018. However, the two continued to post photos together on Instagram.
Monica and Brown have yet to share details, but they have both posted cryptic messages on Instagram.
