Nipsey Hussle's accused killer allegedly pistol-whipped man prior to murder

Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer, Eric Holder, reportedly committed another crime prior to the rapper’s murder. Witnesses say a man was attacked by Holder on the day of the shooting, according to TMZ.

Two women reportedly told the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office that Holder attacked their male friend over a botched drug deal on March 31, 2019. Holder lived in the same building as the alleged assault victim and was said to often smoke marijuana with him.

Around 2 p.m., according to the two women, Holder approached the man sweating and breathing heavily. He accused the victim of selling him marijuana laced with another drug. Holder became more aggressive, attacked the man, and allegedly pistol-whipped him in the back of the head. The man was knocked unconscious for a few moments and fell to the ground. When he opened his eyes, he noticed Holder holding a semi-automatic gun. The victim was able to run inside his home without enduring any further injuries.

An hour later, Holder reportedly approached Nipsey Hussle at the Marathon Clothing store, shot him to death and wounded two others.

Holder has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Nipsey Hussle. Authorities have yet to say if additional charges will be filed.
