On the title track “94 Camry Music,” femdot. perfectly describes Chicago through his eyes while battling teenage angst. He raps:

“You too focused on tweeting
See I’m focused on being someone that they could believe in
By showing them it’s possible to fight they demons
Even if some days man you don’t defeat them”

Femdot. shows off his lyrical prowess on “Hot Lunch.” He also touches on the political failures in Chicago by taking aim at former Mayor Rahm Emanuel:

We was parading to them polls, cause Rahm nem had to go
I could tell you bout a cell, or where you shouldn’t go let me know
What’s the science, what’s the math I can merch 85% off y’all don’t know the half.”

On “Late Night Run,” femdot. continues the album’s theme where he raps about driving the Camry through the city over a soulful track.

He also delves into the joys and pain of teenage love with “Happy Break Up Song.” He finds a way to say goodbye by rapping,

“Maybe in an other life we were just friends
Maybe in this life in different circumstance, it could happen again
Look, this ain’t no if hear this can I get you back song
This ain’t none of that song
This is a thank you for loving me
Even when you were loving too long.”

Femdot. ends the album with the gut-wrenching “Snuck to Matty’s,” where he tells the story of how he could have lost his life during a shooting. It’s an emotional tale that sheds light on the reality and dangers that can be associated with surviving as an inner-city youth.

Overall, femdot. shows his potential with a short project that packs a powerful punch. If 94 Camry Music serves as a teaser of what’s to come from this artist on the rise, femdot. will surely be on the road to rap superstardom.
