What is the key to longevity in Hollywood?

I’ve been doing this for 30-plus years, and I’m still excited about watching good actors and great actors work.


I’ve been fortunate enough to go back and forth between comedy and drama. My very first job in Hollywood was Hamburger Hill, then three seasons on “China Beach.” Then I jumped to “Spin City” and was there for seven seasons. I think the ability to switch it up and reinvent yourself is key.
