Singer Kei LaGuins believes music has a responsibility to heal the soul

Do you feel today’s music has fed the soul the way it did in previous years?

Honestly, I feel like some artists have it and some don’t. A lot of music today doesn’t hit me the way it did. It’s nothing like the ’80s or ’90s. Now that was real music. But I think music heals just in a different way.
What do you hope to accomplish with your music? How do you want to make people feel?
I just want my music to make people feel good — the joy, inspiration and even sorrow. I just want them to enjoy good music and inspire someone in life to touch them. I do hope to reach the world with it. I want people to feel loved, at peace and enjoy life.
